Please read these Terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities before using Winbox.
Our Service
Winbox is an online casino operated by Winbox Entertainment N.V. under a Curaçao e-Gaming licence. Payments are handled by Winbox Payments Sdn Bhd.
Your Agreement
By opening an account, depositing money or placing a bet, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules on the site.
Updates
We may change these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on the website. Continuing to use Winbox after a change means you agree to the new Terms.
Age & Location
You must be a non-Muslim Malaysian resident aged 21 or older. Do not use Winbox if online gambling is illegal where you live.
One Account Only
You may hold one personal account. Duplicate or shared accounts will be closed and any winnings voided.
Secure Details
Keep your username and password private. Contact us right away if you think someone else has access.
Identity Checks
We follow KYC and anti-money-laundering laws. We may ask for proof of age, identity, address or the source of your funds before allowing play, withdrawals or at any other time.
Follow the Law
Do not use Winbox for any unlawful activity such as fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or under-age gambling.
Prohibited Actions
No bots, scripts, collusion, chip-dumping, charge-backs or attempts to tamper with game outcomes. We monitor play and will act against abuse.
Sanctioned Areas
Players in countries or territories subject to trade or gambling bans are not allowed to use Winbox.
Stay in Control
Set personal deposit, loss or time limits in your account. Never gamble money you need for daily living.
Self-Exclusion
You can self-exclude for at least six months. During that time you cannot reopen the account or receive marketing messages.
Under-Age Protection
Keep your devices and login details away from anyone under 21.
Deposits
We accept local bank transfers, e-wallets and selected crypto. All deposits must be from accounts in your own name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours after KYC approval and are returned to the same source where possible.
Play-Through Rule
To meet AML rules, each deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn.
Dormant Accounts
If you do not log in for 12 months, the account becomes dormant and a small monthly fee (MYR 10) may apply until the balance is zero or you reactivate.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a 30× wagering requirement on slots before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
Fair Use
Irregular play (for example, hedging bets or minimal-risk strategies) is not allowed and may void the bonus.
Changes & Cancellation
We may change or withdraw any promotion at any time, but will honour offers already in progress.
Random Outcomes
All RNG games are certified and audited. Live-dealer tables are run by licensed providers.
Disconnections
If you lose connection after placing a bet, the round finishes on our servers. Check your bet history when you reconnect.
Malfunctions
In case of a game or software error, affected bets are void and stakes refunded.
PDPA Compliance
We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and store your data securely.

Identity, contact, financial and technical data, plus gameplay and transaction records.
Your Rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and opt out of marketing at any time.
Licence to Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Winbox for private entertainment. All logos, games and software remain our property or that of our partners.
No Unauthorised Use
You must not copy, reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the platform.
Grounds for Action
We may suspend or close your account for fraud, breach of these Terms, charge-backs, AML concerns or at your own request.
Appeal
If you disagree with our decision, email compliance@winbox.com within 30 days and we will review your case.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is the lower of your last deposit amount or MYR 5,000.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate Winbox for any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.
Dispute Process
Contact support first. If unresolved, you can escalate to Curaçao e-Gaming’s dispute service. Their decision is final.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Curaçao.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
